Paraiso de la Bahia, great apartments within walking distance to the beach, local store, resturants, what more do you need.

This apartment has a great outlook from all terraces, to the front is a lovely grass area full of trees which gives a great feel of space unlike some apartments which feel like you are squshed in.

To the rear terraces are palm trees plenty of them around the urbanization, and views to the pool area.

The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away with a cheringito only several yards from the sea waves, a great place to enjoy lunch.

These apartments are well established now, the garden and communual grounds are very mature, giving a very meditterean feel.

The aprtment is a three bedroom, all very large in size and the master having its own floor with terraces to the front and the back making it a very speacial area, it also has its own full bathroom on the same floor.

The other bedrooms are also double in size with outlooks onto there own terraces as well. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space so keeping the floor area free.

The lounge is a very good size looking out to the main terrace and towards the sea.

The kitchen is very nice as you can see from the pictures, double work surfaces on both sides of the kitchen, with a window looking out to the pool area and comunual grounds.

Overall size is 146 sq meters, very good size as for a three besroom they are normaly about 90. And this one comes on two floors called a duplex which gives it a normal house feel about it.

My overall view on this apartment is great value for money, a very large duplex which has all you need wether on holiday or living here, it has everything.
