Most of these properties in our full property listing townhouses are on two levels sometimes three, often come with a roof terrace which is used as a solarium. They are very reasonably priced in comparison to apartments and have a lot more space. They can also be easier to sell on again because of there size and there are not so many of them. Many of the old Spanish properties are town houses, but be aware when buying older properties for its condition, but not always as newer properties are now very well built. If it is in the middle of a town don't forget the Spanish way of life...Up late in the morning which means not going to bed before 1am...so sometimes it may be not so quiet as per usual. Some newer town houses can be on a communal basis much like the apartments, so you can have the best of both worlds. Overall these properties are much like a normal house, much larger than most apartments and would feel more like a family home. They also make very good rental properties as there are many options available with a property like this.
